CANCELLATIONS? Yes, but please keep in mind that this product is custom made when ordered. We gladly accept cancellations up to 3 days after placing your order, however after the 3rd day we have selected wood and begun building your countertop. Cancellations after 3 days will incur a 20% cancelation fee

RETURNS? Absolutely. We want you to love your purchase, if you are not satisfied just send your order back within 7 days and we'll issue a refund back to you. You will be responsible for return shipping and the item must return in the condition is which it was received. All returns will incur a 20% stocking fee.
